The Data Protection and Digital Information Bill will gut UK privacy laws, attacking our ability to challenge data abuse and expanding ways in which the Government can snoop on you.
The bill contains powers that would enable them to snoop on the bank accounts and financial assets of anyone who claims ANY benefit. That includes child benefit and the state pension, alongside tax credits and universal credit.
